When you have happy, satisfied, customers or clients you have a much easier sell than to someone that hasn’t bought from you before. You must find ways to expand what you add to your products or services that will benefit your clients as well as you bottom line.
This is the ultimate way to promote your business. Referrals from current, satisfied, clients are the ultimate game changer for your business. One referral is worth 100 cold calls. The referral is pre-sold on your product or service. It doesn’t get any better than that.
